We’re so excited to officially introduce our newest ambassador pup: Kinari!

Thank you to everyone who submitted and voted on names — your enthusiasm and thoughtful input helped us find the perfect fit for this special pup. Naming a new ambassador is always a meaningful process, one that reflects the pup’s unique personality and the connection she’ll build with those who meet her.

The advocate who proposed her name shared that Kinari has Indian and Sanskrit origins, meaning “twinkling star” or “moonlight.” We were struck not only by the beauty of the name, but by how perfectly it suits this bright, curious, and gentle pup who’s already bringing light to everyone she meets.

As an ambassador, Kinari will help people connect with and better understand her wild counterparts — inspiring compassion, advocacy, and action.
