Declare the Red Wolf EXTINCT?

That’s what some Senators are directing USFWS to do in a reporte released Tuesday. To “… end the Red Wolf recovery program and declare the Red Wolf extinct.”

Due to the Service’s neglect and inaction over the past few years, red wolves are already facing extinction with only an estimated 30-35 remaining in the wild.
